Fenwick Elliott Professor Nicholas Gould, alongside Alice Gambato (Cambridge, Oxford, King’s College London) are to lead a training course covering the use of FIDIC standard form contracts in practice. 

The course will be held on 12 October 2018 and will cover the introduction of FIDIC, risk allocation, construction management of FIDIC and suspensions, termination and claims.
