New arrivals and promotions at Fenwick Elliott

Fenwick Elliott is delighted to announce the arrival of a new Senior Associate and two new Associates and the promotion of four members of the team.

In April this year Lucinda Robinson joined us as a Senior Associate having qualified at Wragge & Co LLP in 2007. Lucinda specialises in dispute avoidance and resolution across various industries.

Lucinda is very familiar with typical standard form contracts and has a MSc in Construction Law & Practice and having also worked as in house counsel has extensive commercial experience.

Harrison Small joined Fenwick Elliott in June as an Associate. Having qualified in September 2014 in Queensland, Australia.  Harrison has regularly advised in relation to the conduct of construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes. 

Another new arrival is Rebecca Ardagh who joined as an Associate in July. Rebecca qualified in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2013. 

Rebecca has been involved and acted in a wide range of construction disputes across various forums including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation.

Further to the new arrivals the Partners would like to congratulate Sana Mahmud, Adele Parsons, Rebecca Penney and Edward Colclough who have all been promoted to Senior Associates as of 1 September 2018.
